Only a fool believes it will go on forever, mind you there are quiet a few fools about ("i didn't know property could go down").

All the signals that the market will fook up are there, some oblivious idiots ("i didn't know property could go down") carrying on regardless, subsidising the rents of others just indicates it's going to be worse than predicted.

PS. Where did this logic come from? i.e. becuase I think there will be a crash= I don't have property?

I suppose it's the same logic that declares someone who thinks Iraq was a mistake a treehugger?

It's very black and white this board isn't it!
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
