I think they appreciated the effort, certainly I got a very nice e-mail back form them.

    I've moved jobs a few times since then and would never use that agency again, despite them trying to cosy up to me a few times since.

    So DA, whilst I do feel for you, I still hate agents!!!
    The point is that you contacted the agent straight away. That I can live with. What annoys me is that we spent a week trying to get hold of the scrote, and in the end we tricked our way through to getting hold of him..
