Knife on left if using both knife and fork??

Also if you were using just a fork would you use left or right hand ?

I only ask becasue I am left handed for a single handed activity and right handed if both hads are involved.

I only do three things lefty (well, four actually... ahem)

      Write
      Play Guitar
Stance for boardsports (surf/snowboard/skateboard) right foot forward=lefty

everything else, including all other sports - I'm righty.

It's only a small sample, but a large percentage of us are lefty so far - a much larger percentage than the population at large.

        Does this mean that
        a) lefties are more disposed to the contracting life
        b) lefties are more likely to respond to the poll

        Sinister eh ?

Either, depends on what I am eating...

I wonder if it means anything?

The important question is "Which is your leading eye?".

This may not be the best method, but it's reliable :

Pick a visual reference point approx 10 feet away, can be anything, a doorhandle, lightswitch etc.

Hold up a thumb at arms length (either hand - doesn't matter) so that the tip of your thumb obscures your reference point - it's important to have both eyes open at this point.

now without moving your thumb, cover your left eye with your spare hand

If your thumb is still obscuring your reference point; your right eye is dominant. if not, your left eye is dominant. If your thumb obscures your reference point regardless of which eye you cover; your eyes are equally dominant.
