        Didn't realise anything was going on. Finance rarely makes the nightly news in Britian. heck, anything outside of Britain rarely makes the nightly news.

                    The opposite is true: finance always makes the nightly news. I can't quite see why: if you need to know what the FTSE did today, you need more than a mention at the end of the news.
