I concluded that religeous people are religeous because they are terrified of hell, I concluded that the spritual people are spiritual because they have already been there.

All I remember is that when it was happening I thought, "get this thing from round my neck". "Why is it so hot in here" "Ah, bright lights", "Then I cried..."

PS Did you know that the above lines were improvised ?

PPS Also Bladerunner is Alfs fav film of all time

PPPS No - Im not a replicant - but are these memorys real - or just implants ?

        Should be
I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate.

Did you know that R. Scott is bringing out yet another version? - to be called "the Ultimate Cut". I much preferred the original version, the one with Harrison Ford's narration.
I think they may bring out a boxed set with ALL the versions included.
        It's Deja-vu all over again!

Hmm - I always thought it was C-beams. Still, I'll defer if it's your fave.

EDIT: Darn, sorry KathyWoolfe. Didn't see your correction.

Let's hope it's BluRay or HDDVD or something - I believe the originals are still decent enough to make a better-than-DVD version.

It’s good to be alive provided that:
                  - You’re a contractor earning >£500 p.d.
                  - You’re off Hector’s radar
                  - You’re not married
                  - You’re not divorced (& therefore off the CSA’s radar)
                  - You have <6 points on your licence (but hard to do in the United Kingdom of Gatsos)
                  - You get regular sex without paying for it
                  - Your long-term partner doesn’t argue with you (and what would be the point, as you’re always right)
                  - Aston Villa win the FA Cup at least once in your lifetime
                  - It becomes legal to give Jehovah’s Witnesses a thrashing within an inch of their miserable lives
                  - Public flogging/humiliation of MPs and council officials is introduced
                  - Big Brother is spiced up: rejected contestants undergo disembowelment on TV

I’m sure the venerable contributors to this board can think of a few more, but if the above can be fixed then yes, I would say that life has been worth it.

Milk and Cookies been keeping you awake Kathy ?

I do apologise - yes it ought ot have been C-Beams given the replicant in question Millitary background.

And yes I also prefer the Voice Over with the Vangelis music in the forefront.
