Its a horrible, yet very funny little 80's bar next to my hotel, just off Micklegate. It has the worlds most tiny revolving dancefloor, which is a laugh And I guess anyone who wants a sh*g pretty much gets one!

I drink in and around Micklegate every night but cannot place Reflex. However if one is guaranteed a sh*g, I shall make a concerted effort to find it on Thursday (bring my good threads down Thursday morning).
