Don't mind them RS. They're just jealous they're not a member of our exclusive club.

Does it count if you have a mortgage but not on your own house?

Now technically can I enter? I dont have any debts. Ok, I dont have anything in terms of assets other than cash in the bank and a car.

After the **** up with my last attempt at purchasing a house decided to let the monkies batter each other and wait for the normalisation that will take place when interest rates hit 6%.

You can join only if your "cash in the bank" is enough to purchase a property outright.

This could allow you to enter the even more exclusive 'never had a mortgage club' !

Let SASguru win before he bursts into tears again.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Hey I don't need to win anything - I'm happy enough already.
Now how much did you spend on your mortgage this month?
