I saw it on live TV, but robbed the grab from b3ta - source of most of my internet giggles.

    Ocassionally NSFW btw.

According to the Today programme this morning a petition is being raised to get the logo redesigned. Over 70,000 signatories and counting?...

        And I'll sign it.

You don't need a professional designer to tell you that's tulip.
And I'm a professional designer, and that's tulip.

        £400K?????

I can't see what all the fuss is about!!

I think the logo reflects the cultural diversity and achievements of a fantastic city and is money well spent. It's just that people don't understand it from a purely artistic perspective and fail to recognise its clever use of perspective and colour. The public over re-action to the classy design is at least entirely predictable and is indicative of the negative perspective inhabitants of this beautiful island seem to have. Or, it might be just be the biggest pile of total sh*te I've had the misfortune to lay my eyes upon.

It sure has. You could buy a knighthood for that.
