        Sal, they're c**ts!

        Good luck!!!!! Keep a stiff upper lip. And if the worst comes to the worst, we could have a CUK whip round for you! (One for all and all for one!!).

        Btw, Bauer and Cottrell offer a 'technical arguments' service for £1500. Not sure what it involves, but I guess it involves them fighting your corner, and they are very successful...

            It's going to cost you - and the total amount depends upon when HMRC give up
            The quote (if i remember correctly) was £5000 to take it through to the Commisioners although mine was fully covered by Insurance the Revenue gave up after 2 years and an extended exchange of letters

            Give them a ring & talk to Keith Preece - he knows all the angles and get a quote
