Well, let's face it winding you up is not exactly difficult is it? Sandy has a good point - you don't announce that you are considering stomach stapling if you are happy with the way you look.

        GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!

        What's wrong with yous?!!!!!

        Seriously?

        OK, for the nth time.......
I LIKE MYSELF NOW. I WOULD LIKE MYSELF IN 2/3 STONES TIME TOO. I DONT MIND BEING LARGE IN THE SLIGHTEST.
THE ONLY REASON I AM THINKNIG OF THE SURGERY IS SO THAT I CAN STOP PUTTING WEIGHT ON.
I AM CONTINUALLY PUTTING WEIGHT ON, AND I WORRY THAT ONE DAY IT'S GOING TO REACH 20 OR 30 STONE.
I DONT HAVE THE ABILITY TO STOP WEIGHT COMING SO, SO I'M LOOKING TO THE FUTURE WITH CONCERN.
IF I COULD STAY THE WEIGHT I AM NOW FOREVER, I WOULD BE HAPPY AS LARRY. ALL MY CLOTHES WOULD ALWAYS FIT, AND I WOULD FEEL CONFORTABLE WITH THE SIZE I AM, RIGHT NOW.

May be worth getting yourself checked out to see if you are allergic/intolerant of any food groups.

I knew a girl who was wheat intolerant and was about 20 stone, when she found out she stopped eating wheat and dropped right down to 8 stone (and looked fecking stunning )

You are putting on weight cuz you are ingesting too many calories (heh not rocket science )

                you need:
                1-to reduce the calorie intake
                2- increase calorie burning

you can achieve the first one by various means - food diaries, taking out rubbish food etc etc

you can achieve the second one by exercising

Stomach stabling is for morbidly obese people

                HTH

AKA - reducing calorie intake by taking out some food groups - I too avoid wheat products and it does help me maintain

                    Wheat is good.

If it's good enough for Beefy, it's good enough for me.

that's the solution....you need a picture of SandyDown on your fridge as an incentive to lose weight. She sounds very trim
