Well I'm on the train (free wifi on GNER - how decent of them!), and I haven't had any lunch yet....except I did have a packet of munchies at York station (oh, and a packet of rolo's).

So I think I should possibly skip lunch

I think it's going to be a fairly mad one - the hen is bringing a big bag of white naughty with her! And here's me thinking we'd all become sophisticated since we left uni!!

don't skip, have some fruit......if you skill you want to eat in an hour or so and will have more junk food..

Yeah I plan on being a health goddess this weekend like - treble vodkas wih fresh orange, kebabs with salad, pizzas with mushrooms and pepers.....body...temple...aaaiiii

These gym bods may not have an ounce of fat on them but they've never experienced 15 pints and a kebab on a friday night...

Brighton is f**king ace (let's see who gets the first gay jibe in) - I've got a couple of mates down there, so try to shoot down once every couple of months...was there a few months back to watch The Flaming Lips at the Brighton Centre - great weekend.
