The German's have much the same rule and because they are unemployed they get a discount rate for lessons. So, they pay their 30 Euro for the term, turn up for the first 2 or 3 lessons to keep the social happy and then don't bother attending again.
A few weeks later the school realises that the course only has 5 or 6 people on it, close it because of lack of interest, keeping the money from those of us who paid full price.

Besides any problem from immigration we have communities of chavs living on benefits generation after generation, they already mostly speak english so what are we to do with them.
