Didn't you sell yours some time ago, before this boom guru?

You say your house will double in three years, so you sell up to take the profit. So where are you going to live, in a box on the high street or back with your mum. Cause the profit you just made you need to buy more digs, which have also doubled in price. You need mortage double the size etc etc.

Who do you think are the real winner here, you or the estate agent and banks.

I'm happy with my cut, every time it doubles I remortgage a few of my pads.

Aye. Mistimed the market somewhat. But the profits over the next 2 years before the big crash will be as nothing compared to what I'm going to make over the next house-price cycle ...
        Hard Brexit now!

MPC announce at 12noon. I have no idea if they will move or not.

However, I don't think we have seen the top.

Not so good reading in the Telegraph
Diana Choyleva of Lombard Street Research warned the recent behaviour of the Bank suggested it no longer had full control over the economy. "Not only does this show in excessive growth now - more importantly, the almost inevitable reversal suggests a sharp correction by 2008," she said.

Never mind sg, don't beat yourself up. There have always been those that fail to hold their nerve when the going gets tough.

If you could have sustained any kind of attention span on that thread churchill you would have appreciated that there is a time to cut and run and a time to await your moment. You presumably are unable to distinguish between the two, a bit like the hysterical AtW. Good job you confined your military efforts to part-time tugboat assistant in the RNR. Worrying to imagine you in charge of anything more powerful than that with your limitations.

Better to come out 2 years too early than 2 years too late ...And like I said I now have a fighting fund for the next round....

In the last correction the next round was best part of 10 years from the peak before it got going. Are you planning on waiting that long ?
