The best thing about a RBKC parking permit is that you can park anywhere in the borough. It's not zoned like other boroughs. -
For that sort of money you stay a 1000 nights in a good hotel or up to 2000 in a reasonable hotel in London. have clean bedlinnen every day, deductible from Ltd company, VAT back, no council tax, a 3 times bigger room and free breakfast if you negotiate it.Originally posted by OwlHoot View PostIt wouldn't be completely potty for an out of towner working in London to buy something like that for Monday to Thursday use, or just for an overnight stay now and then.
Presumably the service charge percentage and council tax would be low, and being a resident means one can obtain a parking permit.
Of course buying the broom cupboard means you can resell it again late,r which you cannot do if you stay in hotelsComment
