It's tough only having had about 20,000 years of dominance.

But I'm pretty sure the women on the ship will be healthy, employed and non smoking. The poor men will have make do visiting Mars and not getting out of the door first.

By the time they reach Mars, the bins will be full to overflowing, and taking out the bins is a guy's job. So maybe they will be out of the door first!
