BT Call Blocker Phone - Scam or Coincidence?

We block all "withheld" and international numbers for our landline. Only my in-laws and my gran still phone us on our landline, my gran's number show's up, my in-laws withhold their number. Ah well.

We don't get any other calls on that line, not even spam ones.
