............ I feel like lining another contract up now and saying I'll stay if: a) I don't have to work for him and b) you can match this rate.
Shame really as I've been here 2 years, built a good network of industry contacts internally & externally, and it looks like if I stay on through a planned dept reshuffle I'll be in a great position.

So stuff that if the person wasnt there you couldnt do or replace.
