I knew a guy who had a small unit on an industrial estate. The unit had a garage type entrance that was regularly being ram raided, so he put bollards on the inside and big signs on the door.

One night he got a call from the police, when he arrived he saw a transit smashed into the garage door. On closer inspection he noticed that the windscreen of the transit had 2 head impact marks on it and a hell of a lot of blood.

The police were baffled as there was no one around.

    Serves them right

I think these are a better solution than speed cameras. Put them in the road and when any vehicle breaks the speed limit, they pop up and that person never speeds again.
      Never walks again you mean?
