They can't go around bends as fast as cars, unless you defy the laws of physics. So 4x4 people, please get out of the outside lane and stay with the caravans please, thank you dearsOriginally posted by ChurchillDon't talk tulipe! My RR hardly leans at all, even when going through Jubilee Bends!

My previous car was a Focus ST170, that was fast round corners, infact could go a lot faster than was comfortableOriginally posted by PaulaThose 4X4 things are very annoying, they're always slowing down for bends in the road so they don't topple over.
The Rx300 is equally capable of going round corners faster than the comfort threshold... and believe me, I have tried

There is no way that you're a woman if you understand the concept of body roll. Ever heard of adaptive suspension and anti-roll?Originally posted by PaulaThey can't go around bends as fast as cars, unless you defy the laws of physics. 4 x 4s are incredibly unstable hence the high accident and insurance rates. Nearly every accident I see on the motorways is where a 4 x 4 has overturned while swerving to avoid going into the back of the vehicle in front whist tailgating.Originally posted by ChurchillDon't talk tulipe! Totally depends on the 4x4. The cheap japanese (it is a 4x4 honest guvnor) ones tend to fall over quite easily. But real 4x4's built to go off road are much more stable.
As an example take a Humvee, i'l love to see you make that fall on its side.....Comment
