Binance is hardly affected, mostly ALTs that are on Bittrex that took a hammering.

Don't alts usually take a pounding when BTC goes on a bull run?

Everything is green for me with over 50% of my coins up double digits

Was looking great for me really with only about 1 coin in the red. Now it's mostly red but I'm still happy. Volume is up and the plan is on track

in a call right now with a company preparing an ICO

the regulations are changing by the day, becoming stricter and stricter

it is getting tougher and tougher to run a legally compliant ICO

there will be less and less new legally compliant ICO's

                  Milan.

This can only be good news. If it's hard to do then it needs the time putting in and it's likely to be done by teams that actually have a proper plan
                    What's the ICO?

Change the $ view for the BTC view on coinmarketcap against the alts for the real picture of what's going on.
