    Nooooooooooooo!

My cousing is (probably) a bigger fan than you and he plays that song to wind me up.

"...there's a jester in the corner crying years for yesteryear... something something something...." I'd rather hear Kayleigh!

So here I am once more in the playground of the broken hearts
One more experience, one more entry in a diary, self-penned.
Yet another emotional suicide, overdosed on sentiment and pride
Too late to say I love you, Too late to restage the play
Abandoning the relics in my playground of yesterday

I'm losing on the swings, I'm losing on the roundabouts
Too much, too soon, too far to go
Too late to play, the game is over

I didn't post the whole song, too bloody depressing.

Having said that, my personal fave is probably Comfortably Numb. Not the scissor sisters version either.

                  happy:

                  les fleur
Will somebody wear me to the fair?
Will a lady pin me in her hair?
Will a child find me by a stream?
Kiss my petals and weave me through a dream.

For all of these simple things and much more a flower was born
It blooms to spread love and joy faith and hope to people forlorn

Inside every man lives the seed of a flower
If he looks within he finds beauty and power

Ring all the bells sing and tell the people that be everywhere that the flower has come
Light up the sky with your prayers of gladness and rejoice for the darkness is gone
Throw off your fears let your heart beat freely at the sign that a new time is born

                  sad:

                  hurt
                  I hurt myself today
to see if I still feel
                  I focus on the pain
                  the only thing that's real
                  the needle tears a hole
                  the old familiar sting
try to kill it all away
                  but I remember everything
                  what have I become?
                  my sweetest friend
                  everyone I know
                  goes away in the end
and you could have it all
                  my empire of dirt

                  I will let you down
                  I will make you hurt

I wear this crown of thorns
                  upon my liar's chair
                  full of broken thoughts
                  I cannot repair
                  beneath the stains of time
                  the feelings disappear
                  you are someone else
                  I am still right here

                  what have I become?
                  my sweetest friend
                  everyone I know
                  goes away in the end
and you could have it all
                  my empire of dirt

                  I will let you down
                  I will make you hurt

                  if I could start again
                  a million miles away
                  I would keep myself
                  I would find a way

                    Inspiral Carpets, Dragging Me Down.

I wanna hold you too tight,
gonna break every bone of everybody in sight
It's actually quite a good livey tune apart from that lyric.

LD lyrics you c@cked up are -

The fool escaped from paradise will look over his shoulder and cry
Sit and chew on daffodils and struggle to answer why?
As you grow up and leave the playground
Where you kissed your prince and found your frog
Remember the jester that showed you tears, the script for tears
