Assuming you meant who elected her as PM.
To be eligible to stand for PM the majority of her constituents had to vote her in as their MP. Once she was an MP then she's eligible to stand to be PM and be chosen in the relevant Tory party process.

If there was a General Election tomorrow she would be campaigning as Conservative parliamentary candidate for Maidenhead and the leader of the Conservative party. However if her constituents gave the majority of their votes to some other party then she would no longer be an MP and could no longer be the PM if the Conservative party made up the biggest parliamentary party.

Obviously May not being an MP is unlikely to happen as parties who have made up the government in recent times choose their leadership candidates from constituencies that are very safe seats.

There was a time when you could be PM and be in the House of Lords but they got rid of that last century.

You may as well not bother though some people are so thick they can't work out you never directly voted for any PM unless you live in their constituency.

I've met her a couple of times, she seems very nice. When IR35 kicked off I emailed her about it, but didn't get a reply. When she was campaigning a while later and knocked on our front door I mentioned that she hadn't replied to my email, she apologised and said she was aware of IR35 and ensured me that if the Cons got into power they would repeal it.

              Still waiting.

You should write her a reminder.

                    But she made a promise!

You need to see if she keeps to it.

She's a politician, when was the last time a politician kept a promise about something important?
