Serious answer, it's basically a bit like everything else run by the EU. Doomed to failure. Look at the migration crisis. Who's sorting that out? Everybody else, and not very well. The EU has been conspicuous by its total absence of anything constructive, on this and virtually everything else that actually matters. Basically, they're spending all their time and effort going after companies who have certain tax arrangements with certain countries (which are technically legal), and ignoring the big important stuff.
I'd like to invite the EU commissioners to a brewery, just to prove my point that they couldn't organise a pissup in one. And you want them to run our armies? You are beyond deluded.
