The big fat bird I used to work with would have needed them printed on A0 paper.

We've just had a new contractor start.
Recent graduate, knows it all etc.
Thinks he can do what he likes, disregards the chain of command, and hasn't got the sense to cover his arse by getting agreements and outcomes from meetings etc in writing.
I give him until Christmas at the latest.
