WHS. Do you expect someone to give you a six figure salary just because you exist?
My first graduate job, many moons ago, was 9K. That was poor even then, but the 1990 recession was in full flow.

it was asking 4 years experience , where are you going to go from support anyway? The actual guys that do the work are treated like tulip only managers are respected now .
like i said double that is still really feck all in london .

i have done around 15 years and all i got was increased responsibility increased working hours through on call and increased stress while telling you your job is constantly at risk if you don`t perform, what right do companies have to treat people like that.

worked for banks worked for MOD worked for airlines worked for finance companies all same tulip.

So you worked 15 years and never progressed up the career ladder?

Then you get a new job.

Lots of people who don't get promoted with more money get a new job.

                  You never considered specialising?

I worked with a guy who started on helpdesk and moved into second line support. 15 years on (purely coincidence) he was working in penetration testing as a natural career progression through servers and security thereof. According to the CIO when I was having a pint with him one evening, they have to be very careful if they decide to sack him or he could carry out some serious independent penetration testing and nobody could prove it was him!

With a statement like that I think I was right in my assumption.
Why don't you try plumbing, lots of money in that.
Then fook orf to a plumbing forum, instead of adding your scrote comments on here.
