On the subject of "banning foreigners from owning properties" there are two obstacles.
1. Legally, you can't stop EU citizens buying property.
2. Wealthy Chinese, Arabs, Russians can buy EU citizenship in Bulgaria for £150K (peanuts). Goto line 1.

Some other EU countries with restrictions on who can buy property insist that you need x years of tax returns and a tax number.
So if you haven't lived in the country and paid taxes for those years regardless of whether you are a citizen by birth you aren't buying anything.
This helps to stop people laundering dirty money in that country's property market and they aren't discriminating against EU citizens."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Big Society...
He didn't realise that services like Meals on Wheels or taking the elderly/disabled shopping actually use mostly healthy retired volunteers. This means the biggest component of most social care, which is wages, is never paid for. The government, both central and local, just pays for things like transport and fuel.
Even children centres used volunteers to make up numbers as plenty of people who want to go into health and social professions need experience before doing so, and you can only do that by volunteering.
And let's not forget the criminal justice system - all magistrates are volunteers.
While all volunteers can get travel expenses, lots don't claim them."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Angela Wrightson: A chaotic life and brutal death - BBC News
That link should give more information about her life as an alcoholic, criminal and someone who lived life on the edge. Was sent to rehab on tax payers money several times but chose to drink using her benefits and constantly indulged in fights. She had it coming and in fact BBC makes it clear these things are common in the deprived areas and this case has only made headlines because she was murdered by teenage girls. Not long before even that becomes the norm.Vote Corbyn ! Save this country !Comment

Some of the kids who end up in foster care do so because there is no relation, neighbour or family friend to look after them due to their parent being ill or dead. Others you don't tend to hear about have escaped it simply because they have got this."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment
