    "I am not a geek."

Oh. Like candy from a baby.
What happens in General, stays in General.
You know what they say about assumptions!

The geek that can be described is not the true geek.

DarrenB - what red tape and stuff are you talkin about?

I set my limited company up abtu 4 years ago and haven't really had and red tape and stuff against me. Its all been fairly straight forward really.

Course, I'm being audited by the tax man at the minute - for Travel and Subsistance, and also it lokos like for IR35. He took al my info, receipts, bank statements, blood, etc about 7 months ago and he STILL hasn't told me what my punishment will be, death probably.

Apart from that though, oh and the fact that I got audited last year by the VAT man - he had to come to my house and sit all day looking through my books and stuff.

Apart from both those things, no I've never considerred this to be to much of a faff on.

At the end of the day, I still invoice for about £12k a month, and I maybe pay out about £2k of that in tax. No one in that situation has the right to moan surely!

Funniest joke I heard all day. You DEFINE geekdom.

                Geek checklist:

                1. Moustache
                2. No girlfriend.
                3. Obsessive interest in minutae of technology.
                4. Live in bedist in Northern town.

                Case closed. Next ....
                Hard Brexit now!
