I always burn when back Scotland. More so than here on the continent. Something to do with the lack of ozone above Scotland. Everything burns.Originally posted by mudskipper View PostMe too - I got blistering sunburn in Scotland in May..."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Nah they got scientists to do a study and it doesn’t matter if it's eVOO or VOO as long as you have your 20ml cold for heart health.Originally posted by clearedforlanding View PostIf depends if it is used cold or heated. eVOO wins cold, VOO wins heated."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Pfff, I have got neighbours who are 90 years old and walking up these hills tending to the trees. I'll follow their advice over scientists anyday!Originally posted by SueEllen View PostNah they got scientists to do a study and it doesn’t matter if it's eVOO or VOO as long as you have your 20ml cold for heart health.
View from CFLs bedroom. Most people only see the ceiling.

*edit, seriously it is all about the smoke point of eVOO. Cook with it and it can be a problem.Comment

Nero d'Avola?
If my memory serves me right that's the grape used to make Barolo so I'm wondering how you managed to put the cork back in the bottle to be quite frank!
A perfect accompaniment to long, cold winter nights in front of a crackling log fire.
Note to self: Take a detour via Oddbins on the way home tonightComment

What on Earth is Nero d'Avola?Originally posted by scooterscot View PostGone in two nights - should I be worried?
Okay not week in week out. But I've just disappeared two bottles in a week. I'm the sort of person who frets about such things but must it taste like ribena?
If it is aftershave, and you notice people always seem to edge away from you, I'd cut down to one bottle a week.
