£30k sounds like fairly reasonable limit, it probably should be £45-50k - nice high rate taxpayer.

What isn't clear (and I've not read the majority of the 300 pages) is whether that £30k is salary or salary plus expenses - because one would attract NI and tax whereas the other wouldn't.

These days were I work I am totally in the minority being a white English man, everyone else seems to be from an offshore company but working in UK. Salarys are down because of it and I can never pronounce any of there names let alone remeber them. I hope they make these changes.
