    I don't do the Facebook thing either, but nice one on the page and the cooking exploits and achievements over the last year. I've seen some of the Nigel Slater cookery programmes, he's one of the minority of TV cooks I respect.

          Although I also have quite a selection of cookery books - they kinda fall into the 'self help' category, bought with good intentions, but never opened...
