    Back Support Chair...Who uses?

Just wondering any recommendations for some good chairs which aid people with back issues? I'm not too fussed with taking it to the client co however for my home office, I'd like to have a look at a new chair. I've seen an Aeron chair however never used one!

Are there places available who sell these on the high street for me to try before I buy?

I have seen them available on eBay at half the price however I would still like to try before buying.

What chairs do you guys use and whats your thoughts?

Have you tried a normal chair, setup properly?

Hips just above knees. Eyes level with top of screen.

Not sure about chairs, but I've been thinking of getting a standing desk, they seem to be more comfortable when I use them.

yes i have and it kills. I do visit a chiropractor too as I have back issues. My current chair is old, cheap and tired and any longer than 10 mins on the chair is uncomfortable.

          Staples? Orifice World?

Mine's a 'steelcase' and has plenty of adjustments, not that I sit in the correct position, I sit so far back I nearly submerge under the desk.

I used to get severe backache in a Tuesday morning at ClientCo. Thought it was the bus or the tube. Eventually traced it to the crap second hand chair I sat in all day whilst WFH every Monday. Once you realise that a decent chair is your number one most important bit of kit, it doesn't really matter how much it costs.

I've had an Aeron at home for over 10 years. Seemed expensive at the time, but it's less than £1/week. I liked the Aeron because it was very adjustable and came in Daddy, Mummy, and Baby bear sizes.
