Ah, so the ethnicity of the teacher and youth probably have nothing to do with the event.

The kid was messing about with his phone, the teacher told him to sort himself out and then was knifed by the aggressive little sh!te.

Given the state of society today I'm surprised situations like this don't occur more frequently.
