Actually I would like a point of clarification here please Chico. You say that you will be 'raptured' but can that also be translated as you will be dead? If so you wont really be much better off than the rest of us.....apart from the fact that you can take your house with you obviously

Picture the scene, I enter the courtroom of eternal judgment. The Bible says he who has broken the least of the commandments is guilty of breaking them all. A Righteous and Holy God demands justice and I am condemned, gavel is about to struck, the sentence is eternal damnation, but wait someone enters the courtroom, he walks to up the judge and says my debt has been paid and he shows the judge the marks of crucifixion on his body and says "it is finished". I am free to enter eternal life with my Creator, my transgressions are no more and I receive the free gift (grace) which I did not deserve and also receive mercy from my punishment which I do deserve. All because I believed in one Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Son of God.

Then jesus hobbles in with his cross, shout "YO, that dude is with me!!" and i go to heaven and live happily ever after. Sounds like a sweet deal, i'll put praying to god for forgiveness in my diary in about 40 years time.

As far as I understand these loons, they believe will be physically made whole and removed "somewhere else", while the rest of the world goes to hell. I'm intensely curious about how people come to be so brainwashed.
It can only be a profound psychosis of the brain. As neuroscience advances we may be able to identify the physical causes and provide the poor wretches with some relief.

Rapture is the calling of true believers of Jesus from the earth in a "twinkling of the eye". For more informtian check loads of sites on the net or better still read the Bible. A good commentary is available here

Well considering that 144000 people die everyday and you do not know when you will die plus the fact that the Bible says God will not be mocked shows that you have not got it quite sussed!!!!
