I am surprised and impressed by Cameron's insight. I was telling my English friends this 30 years ago, but it made sense to few.

Despite what many of you here think, the Scots are highly conservative about the Union: anybody else would be long gone. And when the unin does break up, it will be England that has done it.

And again why does Scotland & Scots imagine it's such a big deal to England - why is it percieved as a such a benefit to England to have a union with Scotland?

Why do you imagine that scots imagine it's a big deal to England to have a union. I don't think Scot's give a flying **** generally what England thinks on this issue?
