May I humbly suggest Mr Bob Shawadiwadi as a very well executed sockie.

True, couple of posts and it developed a life of its own with masterly inactivity.

Not sure about masterly inactivity - it is feared that his sockie master may have come to an untimely end.

Which is possible and a scenario I hope isn't true, but arguably the inactivity is even more masterly as a result.
