    Arrhythmia. You want to get that seen to proper mate.

    1. I am not (currently) a medic and this emphatically is not medical advice.

    2. Anecdotaly I have seen a simple surgical procedure to sort this out. See your GP for initial details and or referral. You really do not need to worry unduly over this. It's a self feeding cycle you're under.

    3.I've got arrhythmia too. It's remarkably common. Many people do too and don't even realise it. I don't give a f_ck about it. I may die on a squash court one day : but I'm living a great life and I suspect I'm older than you.

      I have, I have an ICD and have had it for three years.
