Nuclear weapons are a weapon that is only effective against people, predominantly civilians.
Conventional war does not escalate into Nuclear. You start with Nuclear if you're going to use them at all.Comment

Cameron's been trying to get the UK into a proper war, any war will do at a push, for years. Well less its less of a war more of a marketing strategy. It's his precious Falklands moment.
