Yum yum - a great success
I started a can whilst cooking. so i carried on boozing and never got to eat any of this. but everyone else was raving .

he goes into the oven

he comes out 4 hours later

pick the bits of rosemary and garlic off

cover with foil and a tea towel for 30 mins
