    Effing Tories

PM: Referendum Not About Kicking 'Effing Tories'

A lot of the yes campaign is built around giving the Tories a kicking. It is the Tory party that has the most to gain from Scotland winning independence. Although Cameron will lose his job he was apparently brilliant

The thing is dodgy, lots of diverse groups on right and left on both sides of the border want a Yes vote because they beleive they will get what they want:

A leaner smaller public sector free market state
    A socialist society
    Out of EU
    Whatever else...

They can't all be right. Really, it's just chucking some dice up in the air and hoping they land where you want. Kind of fun to watch, but there' be some disappointment somewhere.

That Cameron thinks the Scottish people would vote based on that, shows how he evaluates the Scottish. Condescending in the extreme.

He is quite right though many Scots are supporting the yes campaign in order to scrub out the Tories

He evaluates everyone else in the same condescending way. He's a politician.

Of course Salmond respects the Scottish people so much, that he spins them lies about how sterling is an asset and that if he doesn't get CU, he will renege on the debts - and he forgets to say what that would mean to EU membership and the credit rating.

Even the chair of the First Minister's Fiscal Commission Working Group Crawford Beveridge said that such a move "looks like a default and it smells like a default."

But it gets those worried about their pensions through the door, doesn't it, all under then benevolent eye of the spirit of William Wallace? How's that for condescending, unix?

So now there is a video clip available of Cameron saying 'effing Tories'. Can't wait to see this recut in the run up to the next election.
