    I see what you are saying , thanks.
    For the CL1 framework govt have outsourced the admin to Capita - the rates/contract length etc is all still dictated by the end client. If in future I wanted something - I'd start with the client.

    Not ruling out issues with Capita though...... but the gig is local and I've worked there before and I know it's going to be good so the extra grief is worth it for me. Plus , you never know - the admin might go smoothly.....
