because you may want someone else to fight a battle for you. Going internal within Capita won't get you anymore money and may result in you being treated far worse than an external agency would treat you...

For the CL1 framework govt have outsourced the admin to Capita - the rates/contract length etc is all still dictated by the end client. If in future I wanted something - I'd start with the client.

Not ruling out issues with Capita though...... but the gig is local and I've worked there before and I know it's going to be good so the extra grief is worth it for me. Plus , you never know - the admin might go smoothly.....
