How do you manage the ducplication across job boards?
Why do you think that you have "to manage applications across the job boards"?
+1. No reason not to send your CV multiple time for the same role, often agents only have time to read the most recent dozen or so applications so multiple attempts are all to the good.
I dont care if it is a duplicate by the same agency across several job boards or several agencies battling for the same role. If the job fits and the pay is correct I am applying for it across all job boards.
You have no knowledge of the agencies and how they conduct their business and applications process. The agency could have different generic email accounts on different job boards for their accounts for example
3rdlinejobserve@reed.....
3rdlinetechnojobs@reed....
3rdlinecwjobs@reed......
Then they could have several junior pimps or account managers going through the different mailboxes from the differnt job boards sifting through the applications. They could have all sorts of processes.
Then there are the job boards themselves and how the email they send to the agency is formatted, there are the lazy pimps who copy other companies job adverts that are similar to the one they are advertising but two totally different clientcos, there are just so many variables. I would rather apply for all regardless than pick one from one job board
