With my current 3 month gig, the agency found me via Jobsite within a week of me uploading my CV. Deal was sealed within 2 days: phone interview followed by face to face then immediate start.

About 13 years in Windows based support with the last 5 years being in 'infrastructure' stuff like Exchange, Lync, AD, NetBackup, BlackBerry BES, Windose Server blah blah blah and also sh-ITIL too.

Have the MCITP, MCT, MCP, MCSE, MCSA, A+, N+, ITIL bollox too...and yeah, it's worthwhile getting the certs...........but only if you have the experience to back them up!

Your question is not in English, so I'll skip it.

Forty years experience, I'll skip the details also.
