There's a company that uses animals for product research and testing not that far away. Was offered a job there doing some admin when a student and rejected. Couldn't take a contract at any such places.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
There are very few firms I wouldn't take a contract at because I'm nosey.
Some firms that appear ethical/OK are actually the worse offenders then those that appear wrong initially.
