Had 5 interviews for NHS roles and only didn't get the gig on one occasion because the bloke interviewing was a twat (contractor) and was making a point cos I couldn't make the interview the previous week.
The first one was an interview proper with 3 interviewers - I thought I was tulip but still got it. 2 were "one on ones" where I think I asked more questions
and the other was a telephone interview where they offered the job over the phone.
I still hate that first twat for making me drive 500 miles that day. I do hope he enjoyed the dog's egg I sent him.......
