Exactly...So does the contract between my LTD company and the client's business needs to be drawn up by my LTD company or it will be sent by the client with a seperate PO for the engagment?.. -
Either - it's a negotiation. You may have your standard terms of contract, and so will they. If you already have one drawn up, then send them that and see what they say. If they off something different, see what it means for you.
I would take them your contract and get them to agree / negotiate based on that.Comment
