Get yourself a good accountant, correctly worded contract and work in a way that keeps you outside Ir35 (keeping every scrap of evidence to prove it)and you will easily outstrip that. mind you money isn't everything is it.

What is it about your working practices and contract that makes you feel that you are IR35 caught?

It's simple

If you pay a small salary, big divvy and work through an agent. You probably won't win an IR35 argument.
