Hi,
Well someone must know him on here because he has told my missus that a workmate has being saying things like "Whose the daddy" etc but he obviously doesn't know about this thread.
One other major clue is that where he works have just given him a new contract or even full time job in Dublin......starting 8th Jan......so if you get back to work in Sheffield on Monday it will be the talk of the office.
Cheers,Comment

This reminds me of the time me and Mrs BGG (well, she'll be officially missus in a few months) went to the USA.
We were in a small craft shop, some miles out of New Orleans, I think.
A lady assistant, on hearing our accents asked if we were English to which we replied the affirmative.
Suitably impressed, she asked us if we knew her sister Jenny, who lived in Watford.
I replied no, and she was bitterely disappointed.
I walked out and said to Mrd BGG "Just how fecking small do they think the UK is ?"
I should have gone back in and said "Oh Jenny ? Yeah, nice girl. Shame about the accident..."
Anyway.
Does anyone know anything about a lady I met in OZ recently ?
We were at a 40th Birthay Party, and she was steadily working her way through all the guests.
Unfortunately I was delayed chatting to the local vicar, and both he and I missed our turn.
Just wondered if the offer still stood, that's all.Last edited by Board Game Geek; 5 January 2009, 00:35.Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Do you mean Chris? Aussie Chris? Aussie Chris the guy who is well known for stirring the biggest porridge in the whole of sheffield?
Nope.....Never heard of him
Surely the person who has had the closest contact with him is your wife. Have you thought of asking her?Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
I preferred version 1!Comment

Surely that would be the obvious thing to be saying when she is telling you "oh, Chris from Sheffield says that a workmate is saying things like who's the daddy..."?
I'm starting to doubt that this thread is genuine...Comment
