That you've just had proof that his offer wasn't as competitive as he claimed it was. It's true after all.

I did I similar thing a while back, but I took Role 1, as soon as Role 2 came up I found a replacement [ via these boards ] and advised the client that the role didn't match my expectations, but I have found domebody who knows the area and has the expertise.
Client, Agent & New Bod were happy - so was I went from a 3 monther to a six monther with a 25% mark up.Cenedl heb iaith, cenedl heb galon

its perm, so what does it matter? i accepted, verbally, a perm position and then 2 days later was sent for a contract interview and offered (That was December and it through the same agency! shows how much they talk!). i then turned down the perm role saying i've had a better offer.Originally posted by mwoz03 View PostI am in a similiar situtation, have accepted first offer a perm role (have not sign on the dotted line) and the same day an agent headhunted me with a great job package, I also got an offer.
What reason would be wise to give to agent who got you job offer no. 1?Thanks
being perm means you want the best you can get, and i doubt there is a law against you verbally accepting then turning it down for better! they can drop you when they like.I didn't say it was your ******* fault, I said I was blaming you!Comment
