Cabinet Office and DCMS are running a consultation on how they might better implement social value in public sector contracting.
I know that many of you will be sceptical but it's worth a try as it might help to level the playing field a bit, otherwise they'll continue to think that the only options are big brand corporations that often add little to the local and national economy.
