I went with a local accountancy firm. I thought it would be easy to get hold of them as they are local. I have setup the company now, bank account just need to start invoicing the agency for the work i have done so far.

You've heard of email and the phone? That's what most accountants use to contact people now (and have for the past 10+ years). No need to meet them in person.

I have sat down with the accountant i find it easier and more personable
